Fast Track Your Senior Career
Are you, or do you know a business woman with high potential for a senior executive career?
The Make Me a CEO program is a new, exciting, no-cost initiative that has been developed to help high potential women achieve and sustain higher levels of leadership within their current business environments and the community at large. This program has been designed to assist women fast track their career development whilst providing them with the essential skills and experience to operate efficiently and effectively at a higher level.
We are calling on organisations to nominate or encourage their high potential female employees in middle senior level management roles to apply. The program offered is a not-for-profit initiative at no cost to the organisation or the individual. It has been developed predominantly by past Telstra Business Woman Award winners, to help accelerate senior careers of other women in business. You will note that one of our aims is to have some of these women in a high end role of their choice within the two year period. Could that be you or someone you know?
